1. General These Terms and Conditions (“Conditions of Entry”) govern entry into the Momentum Dietetics competition (“Promotion”). Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Conditions of Entry. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Conditions of Entry. 2. Eligibility Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Participants under 18 years of age must have the written permission of a parent or guardian to enter. 3. Promotional Period The Promotion commences at 6:00am AEST on Saturday 11 October 2025 and concludes at 7:00pm AEST on Saturday 18 October 2025 (“Promotional Period”). 4. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the competition entry form at [insert MS Forms link] during the Promotional Period. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure all details are complete and correct before submitting their entry. Entries not completed in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or received after the close of the Promotional Period, will not be considered. 5. Prize The prize is three (3) Momentum Holistic Health Coaching Introductory Packs (nutrition focused), valued at $320 AUD (“Prize”) each. The Prize must be taken as offered. It is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the Prize value. 6. Winner Selection and Notification The winner will be selected by random draw on Sunday 19 October 2025. The winner will be notified by email following the draw. The Prize must be claimed by 5:00pm AEST on Sunday 26 October 2025. If the Prize is not claimed by this time, a redraw will occur on Monday 27 October 2025 at 12:00pm AEST at the premises of Momentum Dietetics, 5 Westerman Close, Thornton NSW 2322. 7. Proof of Identity The Promoter reserves the right to request that the winner provide proof of identity and proof of Australian residency before the Prize is awarded. Acceptable forms of proof are at the Promoter’s discretion. 8. Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who:
- tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process;
- submits an entry that is incomplete, incorrect, or not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or
- engages in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive conduct in connection with the Promotion.
- the Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, loss, destruction, or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; and
- the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential, indirect, special, punitive, or incidental loss or damage) or personal injury suffered in connection with the Promotion.
